Giving Opportunities: For over thirty years the greater Concord business and professional communities as well as many friends have generously contributed of their time and money to make our pursuit of artistic excellence in the field of the dance arts a reality. Contributed income makes up 25% of our yearly budget. We are deeply grateful for every gift whether it is monetary or in-kind.
Core Mission: The core mission of Petit Papillon is to ensure that the traditions of dance and movement are sustained and carried on. By scheduling classes in many differing techniques we offer a wide range of experiences to people of all ages, interests and abilities. We do this through exposure and celebration, education and training. We are committed to educating children and adults of all abilities, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, national/ethnic origin, religion or gender.
Outreach and Touring: As the performing company of the school, Petit Papillon Ballet Theatre, is closely involved in the outreach programs of the school. In partnership with schools we develop programs to address the needs in meeting the National Standards for the Arts and to bring enrichment programs to the students. In addition Petit Papillon offers programs to pre-schools, retirement communities and nursing homes.
Financial Aid and Scholarships: This fund assists students with financial limitations that would otherwise prevent them from exploring the world of dance. We believe that all people young and old should have the opportunity to study the art of dance regardless of their financial position. Performances are priced at levels that most can afford and in addition offerings are made to non-profit organizations in the community as a way of giving back to those who support the school and company.

Dear Petit Papillon,
Our students have been enriched through your dance performance this morning. Outstanding choreography, music, and dancers, costumed beautifully, made an impression. In our discussion following the performance I found students in awe of the hard work it takes to perform.
Continued success as you dance for others. Know that you bring pleasure to those who see you.

Dear Petit Papillon,
I thought your acts were really great. I know you trained hard. You should come again sometime. It showed you worked hard by your skill and talent. I liked the missing Princess of Oz, that Olympic dance, and the one dance where you wore masks. I liked the way you acted out in some acts. They were very good. I liked whoever was Scraps. She was funny. Please come again!

Pat, Thank you for all you did to make this a wonderful event for all the girls. I think Petit Papillon is an enriching environment in which girls can grow. Sabrina thoroughly enjoyed herself. I appreciate the emphasis for the girls on self sufficiency and helping one another.
Sincerely, Becky

Dear Patricia and Petit Papillon Dancers,
Thank you for sharing your gifts with our Newfound Area School District children. They were awestruck with the beautiful dancing, the striking costumes and the enchanting story of The Lost Princess of Oz. What a wonderful way to introduce the beauty of ballet to children. Thank you, again. The experience was unforgettable and we hope we can make Petit Papillon performance an annual Newfound event. Thank You!
Warmly, Teacher in

Dear Petit Papillon,
I really liked the performance of the dancers. I liked the dance on the Lost Princess of Oz. The last dance was funny when they were in the bags because they were big then they got small. A lot of my friends liked it too. I had a friend in the 3rd grade and he thought it was magnificent. I hope this comes out good with the dancers. It was like we have been learning in gym; they did high medium and low movements. I did not know how they stayed on there tip toes and now I do. It was very creative. I thought the spider in Little Miss Muffet was cool.
Respectfully, Student
